Kade’s Four

For one of Kade’s birthday celebrations Grandma and Grandpa took us all to Raging Waters.

The wave pool.

Last year Kade spent the entire time in this pool going down the same slide.

This year Kade got brave and surprised us by going down other slides and walking across the snake.   Dad had to help him but he went over and over.

His face is so funny on these fast slides.  He looks completely terrified but he kept going down them.

Kade decided he needed to swim from slide to slide instead of walk.  He would kneel until the water was to his chin and “swim” over.

We sent Jaxson down the slide in the shallow kiddie pool with Kade and with Kris a few times and he liked it but then we were trying to keep him sitting in the shallow pool by us while Kade was playing but he kept reaching for the slide and crying.  We finally decided to send him down by himself.

He had so much fun.  As soon as he got to the bottom he would crawl up the stairs to go again.  The things Jaxson will do shock us because we are used to having to coax Kade to do anything.   We had a great time, thanks Grandma and Grandpa.

Max is so much more brave that Grace too.... It always takes me back a little bit.

We haven't been to Raging Waters for years, I actually think the last time was with Convergys, it looks like it has all new stuff! )Or my memory only is of pink inter tubes on in the wave pool...that could be...)

Looks like a ton of fun!
