Jaxson Learning To Walk

Jaxson has been walking around by holding on to the furniture for about two months but we haven’t really focused on trying to get him to walk.  The first part of July we decided to start practicing with him.  He would only take one or two steps and then fall.  He would only try a couple times and then when you tried to stand him up he would lift up his legs and refuse.  On July 21st we were trying to get him to practice and he wouldn’t so Kris stood him up by the coffee table and was sitting by him on the floor when Jaxson just decided to turn around and walk to dad.  About a week after that we were practicing and in this first video he could only do 3-4 steps.

This video was only about 3 times later.  He completely shocked us by falling and then standing himself back up.

This video is only a couple times after the previous one and he is walking across the room.

Jaxson is a great second child.  He just picks up on stuff and starts to do it without us working with him.  We tried forever to get Kade to roll over and crawl but we never worked with Jaxson on those things, he just did them.  One day Kris left a fork sitting on his high chair tray and he just picked it up and started eating.

He also finds himself to be hilarious.
