Kade’s Christmas List

When I started Christmas shopping in November Kade couldn’t think of anything he wanted so I just started picking things that I knew he would like.  Now I’m thinking it’s not really a good idea to start shopping early.  When we went to visit Santa Kade told him he wanted a roller coaster track.  I was done shopping and had not gotten that.  Then his teacher sent home this letter for him to fill out.  The red words are what he wrote . . .

Dear Santa Claus,

My name is Kade.  I am 5 years old!  I live in the great town of Grantsville.  This year I’ve been really good and it would be super duper if you could bring me these things this year:

Nintendo DS

monster truck for Jaxson

Mater Christmas

Thank You! You’re the best Santa ever!

He didn’t even know what a Nintendo DS was until our family Christmas party.  He saw Ty playing one.  I of course didn’t buy one for him and now have to go through his presents and do some exchanging.  We are most definitely not asking him what he wants for Christmas again.  I did think it was very sweet that he put presents for Jaxson on his list.
