Random Jaxson

• One afternoon I had put everyone down for a nap and I was trying to get to sleep.  I kept hearing a Zhu Zhu making a racket and I remembered Jaxson went to bed with one.  I could hear him snoring in the monitor so I snuck in his room and found this.  The cars in a perfect line and a noisy Zhu Zhu I had to pry out of his hand.

This is his latest entourage. 

• Ever since we went to see Toy Story 3 Jaxson has been obsessed with Buzz and Woody.  He flies Buzz around the house and if Woody’s hat is missing there is no peace until it is found.  It hasn’t replaced his obsession with cars.  He still has to carry The King and Chick Hicks around every where he goes.
• Jaxson is a good “helper”.  It took Kris a long time to get all the nails hammered in this shelf.  He also helps Kris hold the hose when he is watering the trees.  He is wearing his new shoes with his pajamas.  It was about 1130 PM when we were putting this together but Jaxson had to be wearing his new shoes.  He wouldn’t take them off for a few days after he got them.

• Jaxson is learning new words every day.  Unfortunately Kade is doing a lot of the teaching.  Jaxson let a stinker the other night and I said what was that.  He told me it was a oot.  Thank you Kade.

 

• Jaxson is not a fan of getting his haircut.  He cries and says all done over and over and we tell him he is almost done until the end.  He was watching Max and Ruby the other night and Kris told him it was time for bed so Max was all done.  Jaxson just looked at him and said, “Almost.”
