Kade’s teacher sent home a note saying that they would be celebrating his half birthday February 1st and that he could bring a treat for the class. They have to be store bought but we couldn’t just send plain old candy bars, we had to make them a little bit cuter.

Very cute stuff! This is amazingly the first year that I have had teachers say that they want store-bought food. I have always been able to make it "cute and home-made". I kind of rebelled once this year and made something for Halloween but I just sent it with Allison instead of bringing it myself, like I usally do. :) But I guess I should take your lead, and make the store-bought stuff cute. :)
I know I just found some really cute stuff I want to try in the new Family Fun magazine but it's homemade so I'll have to wait for preschool I guess.
