For Kade’s preschool Valentine’s party we made these treat bags for everyone filled with Teddy Grahams and gummy bears.
I got to go with Kade to help at the party at his preschool. They made butterflies out of heart doilies.
They got to decorate sugar cookies. I was surprised that Kade put the frosting and conversation hearts on his cookie. After he was done he asked me to scrape it all off so he could eat it. That is more like the boy I know. He would never eat a cookie with frosting on it because it might get on him and then he would be sticky. Kade’s favorite activity is to go upstairs to the gym and play with the balls. He and his friend Tyler mostly just chased the girls. Well it is a Valentine’s party after all!
The kids all lined up and got to pass out their valentines.
The last activity was making bracelets. It was funny to watch the girls pick out the pretty pink and purple beads and make cute patterns and Kade and Tyler just put on whichever bead they happened to pick up.
Kade could hardly wait to get home to see what the other kids gave him.
He decided his favorite was pouring the pixie sticks into the pop. He said it was delicious. I was not inclined to see if that was true. I will not be surprised if he has cavities at his dentist appt on Tuesday.

My favorites are still the pictures of him getting his hair cut :) What a grown up little man!
