Jaxson’s A Crawlin’

March 6th (9 months) was the day that Jaxson started to crawl, he also started to pull himself up to his knees that weekend.   He loves to follow Kade around.  Kade is always trying to get him to crawl after him into his bedroom so they can play together. On March 20th Jaxson got his first haircut.  He didn’t like it and squirmed the whole time but at least he didn’t kick and scream.  I just had her trim it a little and straighten out all the scraggly pieces.

  

Jaxson is very curious and loves to get into everything.  He pulls all the DVD’s out of the cupboard, he loves to eat tissues, if there is something on the floor he could possible choke on he will find it. 

It doesn’t matter if there is something in the way, he’ll crawl right over it.

March 29th I walked in his room to get him from his nap and he was standing up in his crib. 

He doesn’t cry very often but if he is getting impatient he makes a grunt like yelling noise over and over.  His favorite sound to make is Ga.  No Ma’s or Da’s just Ga. 

03-21-09 Jaxson’s first tooth popped through this weekend.  You can just barely see in this picture.

He loves to eat Gerber star treats and yogurt melts.  When he sees the package he giggles and starts to squirm in excitement.  The yogurt melts say right on the package Not Messy.  Uh huh.

When we first brought Jaxson home Kade called him Jakin.  I thought it was so cute and was very sad when he started calling him Jaxson.   Kade has come up with a new nickname for him now.  It is either Jax or Jaxy.  We were actually going to call him Jax but it never really took but now it’s all Kade calls him. 

If you ask Kade who his best friend is he says Jax.
